New work ready to show!
Discovering "MY" style
Although painting time is limited to weekends and vacations, I have been busy every weekend with developing a style that I can now call my own. Its no surprise that Non Representational / Non Objective painting is my first love and continues to be what I enjoy most. Art about art. Colour, line and mass are my subjects. The material world will seldom be recognized in my work. I indulge myself in surface texturing that becomes embellished when colour is added.

In my last newsletter I promised you Monoprints pulled from Gelatin plates. Well, I have not yet begun this project. There haven't been enough long weekends available yet. These may have to wait for those summer vacation days when I can concentrate full time.

"Ties with meaning. Ties with personality."
My Tie Catalogue is now available from Lulu. Full colour, 26 pages. Every tie painting in the Tie Series is documented in the catalogue along with each painting's story.
